Management Accounting

  • Management Accounts: We prepare monthly management accounts including the balance sheet and income statement as well as cash flow forecasts and month to month analysis.
  • Maintenance of accounting records: We maintain the customers' accounting records on SAP Business One
  • Profit analysis: We will use our specialist knowledge to analyse and provide advice regarding the costings and profitability of the customers' operations.
  • Cash flow forecasting: We will maintain detailed monthly cashflow forecasts
  • Annual audit: We will maintain all documentation necessary for the annual audit and the audit will be conducted at our premises thereby not interrupting business at the customers’ premises.
  • VAT: Preparation and submission of VAT returns on SARS eFiling including payment.

PAYROLL

Obtaining all relevant information needed to prepare the payroll for the month. This involves the following:

  • Capturing and processing garnishee orders and 3rd party payments.
  • Capturing leave taken and maintenance of leave records.
  • Annually provide IRP5/IT3 (a) for each employee.
  • Electronic transfer of salaries into your employees’ bank accounts.
  • Electronic submission of the EMP201.
  • Electronic submission of UIF records.
  • Integration with your accounting software to account for the salary cost in your accounting records.
  • Capturing overtime, loans, provident funds etc.
  • Maintain detailed leave records.

Tax

We provide a full range of specialist tax services for both individuals and companies which include:

  • Income Tax registration for an individual or a company
  • PAYE, SDL and UIF and VAT registration for a company
  • Profit analysis: We will use our specialist knowledge to analyse and provide advice regarding the costings and profitability of the customers' operations.
  • Completion and timely submission of all tax returns to avoid unnecessary and costly penalties and interest
  • Provide you with updates of all relevant changes made to the tax legislation
  • VAT: Preparation and submission of VAT returns on SARS eFiling including payment.
  • General tax consulting and advice
